Beko Free Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions

The free prize draw is open to all persons aged 18 and over, resident in the United Kingdom excluding employees, and their immediate families of BEKO plc (the “Promoter”), their associated companies, agents and anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw:

1. No purchase is necessary to participate in this prize draw. To enter the prize draw you will require internet access and a Facebook or Twitter account.
2. Only one entry per person. Automated/bulk entries and entries from third parties are not permitted.
3. The prize for one (1) winner includes: 1x Beko Bean-To-Cup Coffee Machine CEG7425
4. To be eligible to win, you must enter the prize draw and follow and tag us @BekoGB on Facebook or @BekoUK on Twitter from Monday, 10th December 2018 to 23:59pm on Sunday, 16th December 2018. All participants must complete all steps in the process to be eligible to win the prize draw. Entries received later than Sunday, 16th December 2018 at 23:59pm will be rejected.
5. No cash or other alternative prize is available and unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize is available only to the winner.
6. The winner of the free prize draw will be selected at random and the Promoter will make the final decision. The draw will take place on Monday 17th December 2018 and the winner will be contacted via social media as soon as possible after the draw.
7. Prize is non-transferable and the Promoter will not be responsible for any inability of an entrant to take up the specified prize.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for any reason.
9. The prize will be sent to the winner as soon as possible after the date of response from the winner.
10. Should the prize become unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute, similar prize of approximately equivalent or greater value.
11. Any additional cost will not be covered by the Promoter.
12. Entrants’ data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering this prize draw and for creating marketing materials. Details will be stored by the Promoter only for future marketing campaigns and will not be collected by or shared with Facebook and Twitter for the purpose of this prize draw.
13. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook and Twitter and by entering you hereby release Facebook and Twitter from any liability in respect of this prize draw.
14. It is a condition of entry that Entrants hereby acknowledge they may be asked to take part in other promotional activities and to provide further digital photographs of themselves for promotional or marketing materials by the Promoter.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or change the details of the prize draw and/or review and revise these terms and conditions without notice and by continuing to take part in the prize draw subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
16. The decision of the Promoter on any aspect of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Entry into this prize draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
18. This prize draw and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English law.
19. The winner has 72 hours to claim the prize. This begins from the date of the first notification the Promoter make to winners via social media. Failure by the winner to claim their prize within this time frame will result in forfeiture of their prize.

Data Protection

The information provided in this Competition will be used by the Promoter and any of its affiliated companies for the purposes of administering the Competition unless you have indicated otherwise.

Other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions or for the purposes of operating the Promotion, the details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Promotion or claiming the Reward will not be used for any promotional purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party.

The Promoter may send you further information about its products and developments which may be of interest to you.
