About Repair & Care

Repair & Care is a maintenance and support plan for your broken-down appliance, providing a one-off repair (where repairable) with continuing maintenance and support for your product via the exclusive D&G online portal. It is provided by Domestic & General Services Limited.

To be eligible for Repair & Care, you must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.

Your product must be owned by you and no longer protected by its manufacturer's parts and labour guarantee and be located in the United Kingdom, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.

Repair & Care is a maintenance & support plan for your broken-down tumble dryer, providing a one-off repair (where repairable) and then ongoing maintenance and support for your tumble dryer, to help ensure your tumble dryer continues to work correctly and to minimise the chances of mechanical and electrical breakdown. It is provided by Domestic & General Services Limited.

If you have taken out a Repair & Care plan, you have a no fix no fee promise. If the expert engineer can’t fix the initial fault or if the tumble dryer is beyond economic repair, you’ll get a full refund of any monies paid up until that point – no questions asked.
