How to use your Beko HygieneShield™ UV Cabinet

UVC Disinfection Daily Mini Programme (20 minutes) / UVC Disinfection Daily Programme (40 minutes):

This function is suitable for products that have little to no heat resistance, like mobile phones, wallets, keys or packaged goods.

• When placing the products on the metal basket, make sure to leave 3 cm space in between each one.
• When the on/off button is pressed you will see two lines appear on the display. This means the appliance is ready to start.
• The first function has a 20 min or 40 min duration option. To select 20 minutes, press once. To select 40 minutes, press twice.
• In this function only UVC light is used, with no heat. For fast disinfection, opt for 20 minutes. For deep disinfection, select 40 minutes.

UVC Disinfection Intense Programme:

This function is suitable for products with a very high heat resistance, like glass or metal products.

• When placing the products on the metal basket, make sure to leave 3 cm space in between each one.
• When the on/off button is pressed you will see two lines appear on the display. This means the appliance is ready to start.
• The function lasts 35 minutes and operates at 90 degree heat.
• For the first 15 minutes, the programme only uses UVC light. Following this, for the last 20 minutes, 90 degree heat is used.

Please note: When any of the programmes have finished, the appliance will give an audio warning and you will see 00 on the display. Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the metal basket. Do not use any chemicals.
